Please complete the survey to register for Camp in Motion.
Camp days will be July 27-30, 2026 from 8:15-11:30 AM, Monday through Thursday at the Twin Lakes YMCA. Camp in Motion (ages 5-20) and AAC Camp will be separate applications. Applications for camp will be considered on a first come first serve basis. Camper applications are limited to individuals with physical limitations (ie. cerebral palsy Level I-Level IV, post-stroke, etc), age 2-5 years old. Campers who require regular assistance from nurse or caregiver for complex medical needs or g-tube feeds, will require an attendant at camp to provide cares. If you are unsure which level your child is appropriate for camp, please contact us by email at campinmotion@ascension.org.
Individuals who do not wish to utilize camper's insurance to cover camp may pay a cash pay rate of $765 per week. A doctor's prescription is required for either method of payment.
Campers submitting costs through insurance MUST complete a pre-camp evaluation either virtual or in-person at least 2 weeks prior to camp experience in order to ensure insurance authorization is in place. Current therapies will need to be on hold starting the first date of camp your camper is attending. Should you wish to continue a particular discipline (PT, OT, or ST) through your current provider, please communicate this with our team in advance. Campers who do not wish to utilize insurance to off-set/cover camp costs, may pay the cashpay rate of $375 due one month prior to start of camp. A doctor's prescription is required for either method of payment.
