Dear Volunteer Applicant,
We are pleased you have chosen to apply to serve as volunteer with Ascension Seton. Please take a moment to review all of the information below to ensure that you submit a complete application.
Volunteer applicants must:
- provide a minimum of 1 year of service
- serve for 3 - 4 hours each week (depending on service area and site)
- be 18+
- have a social security number
This application is a two-step process.

- You will be contacted by the Volunteer Services Office after the application window is closed.
