The Ascension Seton Student Application is currently closed.

 

The application is open during the following times:

Spring Semester - Application open December 1st - December 15th

Summer Semester - Application open April 1st - April 15th

Fall Semester - Application open July 1st - July 15th

 
As you prepare to apply for an upcoming semester, you must review the following requirements.

Volunteer applicants must:

  • apply to only 1 site or disclose participation or application to any other Ascension Seton program
  • provide a minimum of two semesters of continuous service,
    • the summer semester runs from May 26 to August 10
    • the fall semester runs from August 25 to December 7
    • the spring semester runs from January 19 to May 2
  • shift attendance is required during all weeks within a semester, setting aside federal holidays and allocated absences (more detail shared in orientation)
  • serve for 3 - 4 hours each week (depending on service area and site),
  • be 18+
  • have a social security number
  • receive an annual flu shot each year that they are active in the program
 

Before the application reopens, you may begin to collect the required immunization information by following the instructions below. Please take careful note of date requirements in relation to the TB tests.
