Dear Volunteer Applicant,
We are pleased you have chosen to apply to serve as volunteer with Ascension Seton. Please take a moment to review all of the information below to ensure that you submit a complete application.
Applications are open for student applicants on the following dates and will not be accepted outside of these dates.
Fall Semester- Application open July 1st- July 31th
Spring Semester- Application open December 1st- December 31th
Summer Semester- Application open April 1st-April 30th
Volunteer applicants must:
- provide a minimum of two semester commitment
- serve for 4 - 6 hours each week (depending on service area and site)
- be 18+
- have a social security number
This application is a two-step process.
- Step 1: Complete the below application and upload all requested information.
- Once submitted, you will receive an email with a link for Step 2.
- Step 2: Continue on the redirected link and complete the secondary form.
- You will be contacted by the Volunteer Services Office after the application window is closed.
