Welcome to the Ascension Seton Site Approval Tool!

Site approval from Ascension Seton is required for all human subjects research to be conducted within a Ascension Seton inpatient or outpatient facility and/or utilizing Ascension Seton patient data. Site approval must be obtained PRIOR to conducting research activities and includes the following assessments: (1) Research Privileges; (2) Human Subjects Protection; (3) Budget; (4) Contract; and (5) Operational Impact.

The following tool will assist you with navigating the site approval process. All required fields must be addressed and any required documents must be uploaded. The site approval process may require 6 or more weeks after all required documents and additional surveys have been submitted. Partially complete submissions will cause processing delays.
