Welcome to the MIMKT - Ascension Michigan Market instance of REDCap!
This instance of REDCap is for data collection, analysis, and reporting of market-wide projects that support strategic, operational, quality, and service line initiatives for Ascension Michigan. For domain specific projects, please access your local instance of REDCap from REDCap.Ascension.org (e.g. MIDET - St. John Providence Health System, MIGRA - Genesys Health System).
New User Login
New user login is needed to Gain Access to an EXISTING Project or Create a NEW Project within REDCap. Upon initial login, you will be required to complete a Basic User Information Form. Access to an Ascension Michigan domain is required. Login using your Network username and password. You DO NOT need to include your domain when logging in (e.g. MIKAL, MIGRA, MIDET).
Gaining Access to an EXISTING Project (New User Login must be completed first)
Contact Project Owner/Creator and ask them to add your Ascension Network username to there User Rights section.
Creating a NEW Project (New User Login must be completed first!)
Submit a MIMKT REDCap Project Request Form. Once submitted a REDCap Administrator will contact you within one business day to provide an overview and plan next steps for your Project. All Project Owners are required to complete REDCap New User Training. Training is approximately 30 minutes and includes videos with questions.
Note: Use Chrome or Firefox as video tutorials will not work in Internet Explorer. After completion of training, an email confirmation will be received and a REDCap Administrator will enable the ability to create projects.
