At Ascension Saint Thomas, our mission is rooted in faith and service, and in the belief that access to compassionate, high-quality care should never be out of reach.

In partnership with Legacy Primary Care, we are seeking approval to bring a freestanding emergency department and expanded primary and specialty care, improving access to coordinated, high-quality care, to Mt. Juliet. 

Our community is growing, yet emergency medical access has not kept pace. Today, residents must travel outside of Mt. Juliet. for emergency care. In moments when every minute matters, having care close to home can make a critical difference.

This proposed campus would provide 24/7 emergency services along with expanded access to physicians, strengthening public safety, supporting families, and investing in the health of our community.
